Biography

Jo has worked in the advertising production industry since 2006, most recently as Head of Production for LS Productions, overseeing the production of some of the UK’s largest service projects. Jo founded AdGreen in 2014. Initial collaboration with BAFTA’s albert led her to create the AdGreen website and repository of resources (tested on her own shoots whilst a Production Manager). Jo also writes for industry press, sits on the APA council and works with the Advertising Association’s Ad Net Zero team. Jo heads up AdGreen, as Project Director, and is based at the Advertising Association.

James Morris is CEO EMEA and UK for Creative at dentsu and is responsible for leading dentsu group’s global content practice Content Symphony. James is also Chair of the dentsu UK&I DEI council.

He has a stellar track record of building successful and diverse creative businesses in a career spanning more than 15 years. Before joining dentsu, he was Global CEO of Stink Group where he led its development as one of the industry’s most respected and awarded creative studios and production companies.  James has also held global leadership roles at WPP (leading Mediacom Beyond Advertising globally) and Twofour – the TV production and distribution house now owned by ITV.

Darren Khan is the Chief Commercial Officer of the Clickon Group & the Founder of Travlrr, the first Sustainable Remote production & technology platform in the world. Launched in 2018, their mission is to help brands and agencies become more sustainable in their approach to global production. They deliver scale solutions, time and cost savings, without sacrificing quality, and invest in local economies.

Biography

With 25+ years of advertising and marketing experience in total, Traci started her career supporting on pitch preparation and client business at a full service advertising agency in the 90’s. After taking time to travel Traci spent 20+ years at the UK client representative trade body ISBA, working for the majority of that time in the Consultancy & Best Practice department as a client facing consultant across all marketing disciplines.  Services included: Pitch Consultancy, Agency Relationship Management, Best Practice Development, Issues and Committee Management, a key achievement was growing their Marketing Procurement group into a thriving 300 strong community running marketing procurement specific training and events.

Traci became involved in Ad Production specifically at the outset of the de-coupling era – immediately interested in this whole new area of opportunity for clients. Traci soon became ISBA’s in-house production specialist advising clients on production issues and the avenues available.

At APR Traci’s role is both client and industry facing – working with clients on the strategic side of APR ‘s business carrying out eco-system assessments and helping devise future proof solutions that deliver efficiencies with a high focus on the VALUE those solutions deliver to the business.  Traci also leads the Sustainability offering managing APR’s Sustainability in Production Service (SPS) and representing APR at board level on Adgreen & Ad Net Zero at an industry level.  Sustainability has been a passion for many years spanning both ISBA and APR.

Dave Rolfe, WPP and Hogarth’s global head of production, has been a leader in the production industry for over twenty years.

Throughout his two decades leading creative production, Dave consistently earned industry-best creative and innovation recognition, based on work with clients like AT&T, Coke, Facebook, Burger King, GE, Mars, Bacardi, Lowe’s, Fed Ex, Microsoft, Anheuser-Bush, Domino’s, Pepsi, VW, MINI, as well as Sandy Hook Promise, Monica Lewinsky’s anti-cyberbullying efforts and American Legacy Foundation’s Truth.

In his role with WPP, Dave is responsible for executing a strategy that elevates the role of production in delivering creative excellence across the WPP network. A central part of that is attracting and nurturing the best production talent from across the industry and building a best-in-class production community that offers innovative solutions for clients.

Dave and his wife Tiffany Rolfe live in NYC with their children, Myla and Hammy.
