Our annual President’s Reception was held in the stylish setting of Snap’s offices in Farringdon, and marked a bittersweet moment as it was Alessandra Bellini’s final official event as the AA’s President.

Her speech began with a reflection on the past three years, highlighting the launch of the Talent Taskforce. Alessandra emphasised the importance of talent in driving the AA’s three-year strategy, which has focused on building a trusted, inclusive and sustainable advertising industry.

Alessandra also celebrated the success of our All In campaign which now counts over 120 All In Champion companies leading the way in creating more inclusive workplaces. We also shared the date for the next All In Census on 12 March 2025.

The big reveal of the evening was the launch of our Advertising and Marketing Training Hub, a new resource offering over 500 courses for industry professionals. The hub brings together courses and qualifications from many of our members and industry bodies, covering a wide range of skills from creativity to data strategy.

To conclude, Alessandra reflected on the progress made during her presidency and finished with a powerful message on the importance of interdependence, reminding us that the industry’s success relies on being more trusted, inclusive, and sustainable.

Our CEO Stephen Woodford then took to the stage to give his thanks to Alessandra for her inspirational leadership during her tenure.

Many thanks to all our members who joined us and to Snap for hosting such a wonderful evening!
