AA TEAM TALKS STRATEGY
Yesterday, we held our own strategy team session to reflect on the AA’s work, values and mission, now and future, as part of the development of our new 3-year strategy.
It was a highly inspiring session that encouraged new ideas as we debated and challenged previous norms about the industry we champion and the values we uphold.
The last time we did this was in 2019, pre-pandemic, as we developed the strategy for 2020-2022 and it was incredible to reflect on how much has changed.
Next up, is a member survey in early Autumn to build further insights into the work ahead for our association and our industry.
All of this will help inform our work with members and our President, Alessandra Bellini, as we finalise the AA’s next three-year strategy and shape the way we want to support our industry and our members through to the middle of this decade.

POWER UP ON SUSTAINABLE MARKETING
