The Marketing Week Awards have returned for 2025, celebrating another year of fantastic campaigns, teams, and marketers that deliver real impact. The Advertising Association has again partnered with Marketing Week on the Talent Trailblazer Award.

The ‘People & Partnerships’ category of the Marketing Week 2025 awards includes a free-to-enter Talent Trailblazer award.  We are pleased to again be working in partnership with Marketing Week to celebrate organisations and individuals that are opening the industry to new talent.

The Talent Trailblazer Award will spotlight companies whose initiatives and projects have helped attract talent into the industry who might not have otherwise seen it as an option. Examples might include, but are not limited to, apprenticeship schemes, school outreach programmes, partnership initiatives, and social enterprise schemes. Previous winners of the award include VCCP’s Stoke Academy and the John Doe Group.

Taking her seat once again on the judging panel, our Commercial Director and Talent & Inclusion Lead, Sharon Lloyd Barnes said: “Our free-to-enter Talent Trailblazer Award is all about celebrating programmes and partnerships that encourage and retain industry talent, improving opportunities for all. I am looking forward to being able to showcase another year of great initiatives and judging alongside those who continue to play a valuable role in positively shaping our industry.”

The awards are open for entries until 9 May (Early Bird Deadline is 11 April): https://www.marketingweek.com/event/marketing-week-awards/
