On day two of MBC, our delegates were treated to a truly stellar lineup of industry speakers who each championed their media channel to persuade our syndicates to use their channels in their media plan. Our delegates to heard insightful talks on how to best use the different types of media to engage with the right audience at the right time and deliver the optimum return for the client’s media investment.
The day began with an introduction by MBC’s convenors Emma Dibben of Wavemaker and Demi Abiola of mSix&Partners who helped bring the energy and inspire our delegates.
The impressive line-up of speakers included: Vicky Fox, OMG, Kathryn Jacob, Pearl & Dean, Victoria Appleby, Channel 4 Sales, Natalie Hollands, Clear Channel, Ian Edwards, Meta, Zoe Cadman, Global, Luke Hand, Mail Metro Media, Scott Sinclair, Google, Rob Hunt, Immediate, Darren Thompson, Spotify and Louise Emmerson, WPP, Amazon.
A huge thanks to all the speakers who shared their expertise and insights on their prospective media channels. The aim was to equip them with the knowledge to make informed choices in their media plans when responding to the brief.
The delegates were then supplied with practical tips and advice on how to develop their presenting skills by Nick Hurrell, AKA Group to learn how to deliver and win a successful pitch.
