Following the launch of the All In Action Plan in 2021, we have recently updated the first three actions. This session forms part of a series of deeper dives into each one. It will cover how to embed a culture of sponsorship in order to support the career progression and retention of Black talent. We’ll also hear from those who have already begun to adopt sponsorship programmes within their business.
