  • John Kenny, Chief Strategy Officer, FCB Chicargo
  • Sonia Misak, President, US, The Behavioural Architects

“Standard economics assumes that we are rational…but we are far less rational in our decision-making. Our irrational behaviours are neither random nor senseless – they are systematic and predictable. We all make the same types of mistakes over and over, because of the basic wiring of our brains”
-Predictably Irrational by Dan Ariely

For decades organizations have sought explanations for why we behave as we do. But as the work of Dan Ariely, Daniel Kahneman and many other psychologists have shown, the answer often lies beyond the rational. And this is no truer than in how we buy. That’s why, as marketers seek to find out how consumers make decisions – and how they can influence them – the field of behavioural economics has become fertile ground to help marketers understand their consumers better.

Join WARC, and guest speakers to learn how companies are outperforming their peers by applying behavioural economics to their marketing strategy.

Join us on Thursday 23 April at 3:00om BST / 10:00am EDT to watch live and available on-demand later for all other regions.

All registrants will receive a link to the recording of the webinar, so be sure to register even if you are unable to watch the live session.
