The Advertising Information Group (AIG) is a Brussels-based advertising and media industry network that brings together different parts of the advertising industry, from advertising agencies to broadcaster and publisher bodies, direct marketing, radio and online.
Alongside the Austrian Advertising Association (WKO) and the German Advertising Federation (ZAW), the AA acts as the Secretariat for the Group, sending a bi-weekly newsletter and co-ordinating industry action on various EU proposals, from the e-Privacy Regulations to consumer refit laws. The AIG holds regular discussion forums in Brussels and publishes bi-weekly E-News, a newsletter which details and analyses legislative and political developments affecting all aspects of commercial communications in Europe and beyond.
