Since 2019, Credos has worked with the UK Advertising Exports Group (UKAEG) to analyse ONS export figures. The insights provided by this work are crucial to the understanding of the global advertising ecosystem and the UK’s place within it.

It is worth noting there is a two-year lag between the year analysed and the release of each report, due to delays in the release of ONS data. Thus, data analysed in April 2023 relates to the year ending December 2021. Likewise, the report, ‘UK Advertising Exports Report 2022’ analyses data from 2020.
