Day two of our Media Business Course focused on navigating today’s ever-evolving media landscape and exploring how different channels can work together to create more effective campaigns.
The day began with an introduction from our convenors, Emma Dibben, VP Strategic Partnerships at WPP Media, and Demi Abiola, Founder of Konfluence.
Throughout the morning, delegates heard from experts across the industry including Mike Florence, Chief Strategy & Planning Officer at dentsu, Elliott Millard, Thinkbox, Carl Read, Google and Imogen Coles, Ogilvy, alongside senior representatives from JCDecaux, Global, DCM, The Guardian and Immediate Media.
Nick Hurrell, Chief Executive of AKA Advertising, rounded off the morning with practical advice on delivering confident, compelling presentations.
The afternoon gave syndicates valuable time to develop their responses to the client brief before rounding off the day with the traditional MBC BBQ.
