All In Census

The All In Census is the UK’s largest industry-specific talent survey. Created by the Adevrtising Association, the IPA and ISBA, the survey provides a snapshot of how ad industry professionals feel about where they work. First conducted in 2021, the third and latest iteration in 2025 recieved over 14,000 responses. 

Hybrid Working

Using data collected by the All In Census, Credos has now produced two reports assessing the changing role of hybrid working in the UK advertising industry. 

The latest report, published in 2025, answers 10 key questions related to hybrid working, covering issues such as productivity, company culture, and the impact on junior employees.
