WORKING TO BUILD A MORE INCLUSIVE WORKPLACE
Yesterday morning, our Commercial Director and Inclusion Lead, Sharon Lloyd Barnes, hosted a special All In session on LBB Beach alongside Harjot Singh of McCann, Efrain Ayala of Reckitt and Bukola Garry of adam&eveDDB.
They discussed the importance of achieving greater inclusion across the industry, how the All In initiative has had an impact so far and what advice they would give to anyone looking to help build a more inclusive workplace.

CONNECTING ON CLIMATE CHANGE
Conversations in Cannes on climate change have prevailed throughout the festival, and yesterday morning industry leaders convened at the Google Beach to discuss the CMO’s role in driving sustainability.
Hosted by Google President EMEA, Matt Brittin, the panel featured our colleague Jo Fenn, AdGreen Project Director; Mark Read, CEO of WPP and Denise Truelove, Global Brand Director of Mars Petcare.
