Biography

Efrain is the Global Director of Diversity & Inclusion, Marketing Excellence at Reckitt, based in the company’s Amsterdam HQ. Originally from Chicago, Efrain built his career at Ogilvy & Mother where he led engagement planning on the SC Johnson business and translated brand/creative strategy into digital consumer marketing.

Efrain led Reckitt’s data-driven marketing transformation across various roles in both the US and global roles between 2015-2020. In 2020 he joined the newly-formed Purpose team, with Fabrice Bealieu (CMO at Reckitt) as executive sponsor, to create a new growth engine for Reckitt built on principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Sharon Lloyd Barnes is Commercial Director and Talent & Inclusion Lead at the Advertising Association, which represents the UK advertising industry and includes advertisers, agencies, media owners, tech platforms and production companies in its membership. Previously, she ran magazine ad sales teams in London and New York before co-founding The Drive Partnership, a consultancy working with businesses across a range of sectors to build profitable growth. Outside of work, Sharon co-founded a school for autistic children in 2000 – now called Beyond Autism – serving children from most London boroughs.
