timeTo is an initiative, in collaboration with NABS and WACL, that aims to tackle and stamp out sexual harassment in the advertising and marketing industry. Alongside the creation of the campaign they have also launched a dedicated code of conduct, which they encourage other members of the industry to adopt and support, and a toolkit for endorsing companies with a training programme to raise awareness, educate employees and drive cultural change.
