We are delighted to announce the runners ups of the UK Young Lions Competition 2022.
We received an amazing 130 entries this year and the work was of an incredibly high standard. The brief was centred around our upcoming 2023 All In Census. We would like to thank all the entrants for taking part and for our wonderful panel of jurors for their valued feedback.

Creative from Manchester, I graduated from Salford University with a degree in graphic design.
Finding meaningful purpose in your work really helps when creating something important, I am fortunate enough to work in an industry that positively impacts individual health. To know my work helps those in need is why I work in visual communication.
David Whitfield, Deputy Creative Director, Havas Lynx Group
Creative based in London, with a background in design. I’m passionate about behaviour change through creative thinking. By working in healthcare I’m privileged to see how change can drive positive outcomes and have a significant impact on people’s lives.

Hi I’m Ali, a multidisciplinary designer and creative working at global digital agency Dept. I have been in the industry for 5 years, working across a range of projects including; branding, motion, retail advertising and web design. I love all things creative from dance, to sewing!

Cristiana Candido, creative copywriter at Saatchi & Saatchi – originally from south Italy, I’ve been writing in the UK for over six years now.

Georgia Payne, Campaign Project Manager, 368 Deloitte
Working in marketing for 6 years I began my career in the B2B equestrian market. I then worked in B2C pharmaceuticals helping the NHS in launching a number of covid response projects, and most recently I joined the 368 agency for Deloitte, working as a project manager on marketing campaigns.
Reepa Nargis, Marketing Engagement Senior Assistant, 368 Deloitte
With over 3-years of industry experience I started my journey in Marketing with a small marketing agency which specialised in B2B and B2C email marketing and date enhancement. I was working with well-established companies and brands with their marketing needs. I later joined 368 as a Marketing Engagement Senior Assistant.

Alissa is a Comms Design Director at Initiative UK. Lexie and her often rock the same hair and outfits in the office so the pairing was a no-brainer.

Lexie has worked as a Communications Design Director at Initiative UK for the past two years. True to form, her outfit and bio also are almost identical to Alissa’s.
